If your air fryer is not rotating, it could be because:
1) The timer has been disabled (the fryer won’t start if the timer is disabled). To enable the timer, press and hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Once you hear a beep sound, release the buttons. Now you should see that the indicator light starts blinking blue to indicate that 1 minute countdown has started. You can now add ingredients into your appliance and set the time by using “+” & “-” keys; Remember that once this step is completed, timer will no longer be active and hence you need to press and hold “+” & “-” buttons immediately after adding ingredients or making any other changes in power levels so as to start the timer.
2) If you have not added enough water inside your appliance, it might not rotate as required. In such case, use a spoon to carefully add water one drop at a time until you hear the gurgling noise indicating that the fryer has started rotating and working properly.
3) It is possible that if your basket is sticking or too dirty for rotation so keep your basket clean always by washing it after each use with mild soap and warm water. You may also consider using non-stick cooking spray before adding food items into basket. Make sure to wipe out excess spray with paper towel before putting basket back into air fryer.
4) The appliance is not getting enough power to start. If your outlet plugs into a power strip, make sure the air fryer is plugged directly into an outlet instead of a power strip. If you are using extension cord make sure it has adequate capacity for the air fryer wattage use.
Note: Your product comes with a plastic cover inside the unit which will prevent rotation if this cover is not removed before initial use. Press in on both sides of this plastic cover in order to remove it completely from your unit.
